Fault: responsibility for wrongdoing or failure

Fiduciary Duty: an obligation to act in the best interest of another party

Good Faith: a compliance with the standards of decency and honesty

Grand Jury: is a group of civilians convened to determine whether or not a criminal case has enough merit to proceed to trial

Guarantee: a legal agreement where a person agrees to guarantee the obligations of another

Guarantor: the person who provides a guarantee on behalf of another
