4. Do not admit responsibility or make any statements regarding the accident to anyone except the police officer or your insurance company.
5. Obtain names, addresses, and phone numbers of all witnesses.
6. Protect your vehicle from any further damage.
7. Report your claim to your insurance company.
8. Advise the officer of your injuries.
9. Obtain the incident report from the police officer as well as inquire if here are any traffic citations being given.
